The new MIJIA Laser Projector has a resolution of 4K against the old Full HD, and the color has changed, now it is a solid dark gray. The device is equipped with an ultrashort focal lens, which is able to reproduce the image at short distances from the wall. For example, for a 150 inch picture you need 49cm from the wall, for 120 inches - 34cm, a picture for 100 inches will require 24cm, but for an 80 inch image you need only 14cm.

The developers also noted that you can safely use the projector for 3 years continuously. The picture contrast is 3000: 1, and the maximum brightness is 1500 ANSI-lumens, HDR10 support is declared. For surround sound, two speakers from Dolby Virtual Surround were installed, the projector runs on MIUI TV OS, which is used in Xiaomi TVs. Included with the MIJIA Laser Projector is a remote, control is supported using a proprietary application. Today it is known that before the orders have already begun from January 15, the start of sales will begin from January 18. The price of the new projector is declared at $1,500, but it is worth waiting for the price to rise to $2,200.
