Netflix Games is preparing a mobile port for the game Thirsty Suitors
The release of the action-adventure game Thirsty Suitors for computers and consoles took place in November last year. The original and largely experimental “child of Bollywood and Scott Pilgrim,” as journalists called it, quickly attracted the interest of gamers, received the “Very Positive” status on Steam, 8 points from IGN and was among Shacknews favorites. And now the Netflix Games developers are preparing a port to bring Thirsty Suitors to Android and iOS.

The plot of the game is built around the experiences of an Indian girl, Jala, who must continuously solve problems that are pouring down on the heroine from all sides. She has just broken up with her lover, is under pressure from conservative relatives and is forced to deal with her exes, conflicts that Jala resolves through turn-based, movie-style battles.

The girl is helped in fights by a system of moods that allows her to seek out the vulnerabilities of her opponents, and if the enemy turns out to be too strong in resolving the conflict, you can involve the boys’ mothers, since “this is the only person whom the eastern man fears and listens to”.

Thirsty Suitors

It's not easy to get Mom on your side either, first you have to prove yourself in some kind of culinary adventure in order to earn the respect of a strict Indian woman, and at the same time immerse yourself in the subtleties of cultural differences between the West and the East. But if you do everything right, misunderstandings will be left behind, Jala and her ex-boyfriends will become friends - and perhaps even begin romantic relationships with some of them again.

In addition, Jala loves to race through the streets of her hometown on a skateboard, learning difficult tricks, but even here she is haunted by hooligans led by Sondi-Bear. They should be called to order too.

There is no exact release date for Thirsty Suitors yet, we only know that the game will be distributed free of charge through the App Store and Google Play with a Netflix subscription. But if you don't want to wait, you can purchase the version for PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch or PC right now.
