New Adventures in the Monster Hunter Universe Announced for Android and iOS

While fans of PlayStation, Xbox Series, and PC games are waiting for the action game Monster Hunter Wilds promised to them by February 28, 2025, mobile gamers have their own reason to rejoice. Japanese company Capcom, together with its Chinese partner TiMi Studio Group, announced the “imminent” release of a mobile version of the hunting simulator for Android and iOS devices. The new part of the action-RPG in the Monster Hunter universe will have the prefix "Outlanders", have a large open world and allow gamers to go through it both alone and in corporate mode – up to 4 people.

What exactly is known:

• The plot will unfold within the Monster Hunter universe according to familiar rules and features of the gameplay. In fact, the developers will try to transfer the version for PC and consoles to the mobile space with minimal losses, although we will almost certainly expect more modest graphics (which is natural) and a combat system modified for the screens of mobile devices.
  
• According to the same developers, Monster Hunter: Outlanders players will have to explore "huge" locations. Travelers will move between them on foot, on horseback, climbing mountains, flying on a glider and shooting themselves from huge catapults.
  
• Characters will be divided into classes depending on the weapons used in battle, and some will be endowed with unique abilities.
  
• You won't always be able to enjoy exploration and travel. This will regularly be hindered by monsters, with whom players will have to engage in battles. In addition, it will be necessary to craft various necessary items and periodically include new heroes met during their travels in their group. Interestingly, the gamer will be able to switch between them at will.
  
• The game is going to be conditionally free, with traditional F2P in-game purchases.
  

Monster Hunter: Outlanders does not have a release date, but you can subscribe to updates on the game's official website to receive them by email. At the same time, it makes sense to fill out a short questionnaire – this way you will have a chance to participate in the upcoming beta tests, which are already planned.
