Watcher of Realms will team up with Assassin’s Creed
The event’s storyline begins with a mysterious rift opening in the world of Watcher of Realms, allowing characters from Assassin’s Creed to enter. These visitors from another universe won't have much time for sightseeing, though, as they’ll have to immediately jump into battle. Players will face three powerful bosses before taking on a special "final challenge" alongside the crossover heroes.
The main star of the event is Ezio Auditore — specifically in the guise seen in Assassin’s Creed II and Brotherhood. It seems the developers are banking on one of the series' most recognizable heroes to draw in players — including those who may have long forgotten what a standard gacha banner looks like without their favorite assassin.
However, Ezio won't be the only guest from the Assassin’s Creed universe. Players will also be able to obtain Kassandra (Assassin’s Creed Odyssey), the female version of Eivor (Assassin’s Creed Valhalla), and Bayek (Assassin’s Creed Origins). Additionally, Evie Frye (Assassin’s Creed Syndicate) has also been mentioned as a potential participant, although her appearance has yet to be officially confirmed.
Those planning to participate in the event should start checking their inventories now. Special gacha banners are expected as part of the collaboration, so the developers recommend stockpiling diamonds and summons in advance. That said, players who prefer not to spend money have a reason to jump in as well: a free Legendary hero is promised as part of the event.
